Voxlin is a cloud software (SaaS) platform that lets businesses run customer conversations with AI voice agents and turn written content into audio with Voice Studio. The service is delivered through a browser-based console and APIs for developers.

What we do

The Voice Agents product lets you build agents that talk to your customers on phone and web channels, book appointments and reservations, answer questions such as order status, and hand the outcome of the conversation back to you as structured data. What the agent does is defined with visual flows; writing code is not required.

The Voice Studio product brings text-to-speech (TTS), speech-to-text (STT), voice design and voice identity creation from authorised recordings together in one place. Product introductions, training material or meeting transcripts can all be produced from the same console.

Both products share a single credit balance. You can use only one product, upgrade your plan as demand grows, or buy an extra credit pack when you need more.

How we work

The service runs on a multi-tenant cloud architecture. Each account's data is logically separated; account access, usage metering and credit deduction are handled in one billing layer. Alongside our own infrastructure we use contracted technology providers for conversation, speech synthesis and recognition models.

Telephony connections and system integrations such as CRM and calendars are configured around the customer's infrastructure. Data passed through these integrations is processed solely to deliver the service.

Reseller and partner programme

We run a reseller programme for agencies, software companies and consultants who want to sell Voxlin to their own customers. The programme consists of reviewing the application, signing a reseller agreement and enabling the account. Applications are collected through the partner form on the home page.
