2. Buyer and subject of the agreement

The Buyer is the person identified by the name/legal name, address, email and phone details given when opening the account and at the payment step. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of this information; the invoice is issued accordingly.

The subject of this agreement is the provision of the subscription plan or extra credit pack ordered electronically through Voxlin and the determination of the parties' rights and obligations.

3. Characteristics and price of the service

The name of the plan purchased, the credits it includes, its duration and its price are shown in the order summary and on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes are added at the payment step.

The total price is the amount shown inclusive of taxes in the order summary. No delivery cost arises for a service provided electronically.

4. Payment

Payment is made by credit or debit card through the secure infrastructure of a payment service provider licensed under Law no. 6493. Card details are not seen or stored by the Seller.

Bank-related charges such as instalment costs and exchange differences are borne by the Buyer. If the payment is not approved by the bank, the order is not concluded.

5. Performance and delivery

The service is performed instantly in the electronic environment: the moment payment is approved, the credits purchased are added to your account balance and the subscription period begins. There is no physical delivery.

The statutory maximum performance period is 30 days from the date of the order. If performance fails because of a technical obstacle, the Buyer is informed and the amount collected is refunded within 14 days.

6. Right of withdrawal

A Buyer qualifying as a consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of the conclusion of the agreement, without giving a reason and without paying a penalty. A withdrawal notice is sent in writing to [email protected].

Under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in the electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, where performance has begun with the consumer's approval. At the purchase step, separate approval is collected for the credits to be loaded to your account immediately and for the resulting unavailability of the right of withdrawal.

Nevertheless, the Seller honours refund requests made within 14 days for credits that have not been used at all and usage that has not begun, under the conditions in the Delivery and Refund Terms. No refund is made for the used portion of a partially consumed pack.

7. Subscription term and renewal

Subscriptions are set up for the selected period (monthly or yearly) and renew on the same terms at the end of the period unless cancelled. The renewal price is the list price in force on the renewal date; price changes are notified in advance.

Cancellation can be made from the console at any time and takes effect at the end of the current period. No refund is made for the remaining days of a cancelled period; access continues until the end of the period.

8. Invoice

An e-archive invoice is issued for the purchase and sent to the email address registered to your account. For a corporate invoice, your tax details must be defined in the account before payment.

9. Force majeure

In events outside the parties' control such as natural disaster, war, civil unrest, changes in legislation, general communication or power failure and cyber attack, performance of obligations is suspended for as long as the obstacle continues. If the obstacle exceeds 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement without compensation; in that case the price for the unperformed part is refunded.

10. Dispute resolution

The Buyer may bring complaints and objections before the consumer arbitration committee at their place of residence or the consumer court, according to the monetary thresholds set each year by the Ministry of Trade. Applications may also be filed through the Consumer Information System (TÜBİS) on e-Devlet.

Where the Buyer does not qualify as a consumer, Turkish law applies and the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

11. Entry into force

At the order step the Buyer confirms electronically that they have read and accepted all terms of this agreement. The agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the order and remains in force until the parties' obligations are fulfilled. A copy of the agreement is sent to the email address registered to your account.
