An AI voice agent that handles your customer calls.
With Voxlin Voice Agents you build an AI voice agent that runs your business conversations. It answers and places phone calls, speaks or writes on your website, and messages on WhatsApp. Working from your own products, services and frequently asked questions, it completes appointments, orders and reservations, and hands over to your team when needed.
What a voice agent is, and who it is for
A voice agent is software that talks to your customer and brings the conversation to a result. The customer explains, the agent listens, asks for what is missing, runs its check and records what was agreed. The output is a record that fills in as the conversation moves: date and time, party size, order number or request details.
It is built for businesses whose phone rings all day, who repeat the same answers, and who take appointments, orders and reservations. A first agent needs no development experience; setup happens in visual workflows. Only connections to your own systems need technical setup.
From setup to the first live conversation
Introduce your business. Add your products, services and frequently asked questions; that knowledge is what your agent answers from.
Give it a task. You build the conversation steps in a visual workflow: book an appointment, create a reservation, report an order status or record a support request.
Test it, then go live. Have a test conversation, review the answers, and launch the agent on your chosen channel when you are ready.
Use cases by sector
The examples on the Voxlin site show how one agent moves through different jobs: it takes the request, asks for the missing detail, checks the record and completes the result once the customer approves.
- Automotive: takes a test drive request at a new vehicle launch, checks the showroom calendar and books the slot once approved.
- Ecommerce: takes the order number, checks shipment status and tells the customer the estimated delivery day.
- Villa rental: records dates, party size and villa preferences, then plans a WhatsApp follow-up for sharing offers.
- Restaurant: takes party size and table preference, checks terrace availability and confirms the reservation after approval.
- Appointment-based services: shares available times, records the name and preference, and creates the booking.
- Support: answers frequently asked questions and summarizes unresolved requests for the right team.
Channels, workflows and connections
One agent works across four channels: voice on the phone, voice on your website, text on your website and messaging on WhatsApp. When the channel changes, its knowledge and task stay the same.
Phone and system connections are configured around the infrastructure you already use. Our team can assess the setup for your existing number, your carrier and the applications you want to connect, such as a calendar or a CRM. API access is available for developers.
- Knowledge source: your own products, services and frequently asked questions.
- Workflow setup: visual workflows, so you can start without writing code.
- Human handover: the agent summarizes the conversation, the request reaches your team and follow-up is planned.
- Language: this site is published in Turkish and English, and the agent examples are recorded in both.
Pricing and credits
Use Voice Agents on its own or together with Voice Studio; the two products share one account and one credit balance. You choose a subscription plan, and credits are deducted as you use them: voice conversations by the minute, text conversations by tokens. Plans differ in concurrent call capacity and daily call cap.
When your credits run short, you can buy an extra credit pack without changing your plan. There is a free trial with signup credits and no credit card. Current plans, credit amounts and unit rates are in the pricing section; carrier and number fees are separate and prices exclude VAT.
Frequently asked questions
Which channels does a voice agent work on?
The same agent holds voice calls on the phone, speaks or writes on your website, and messages on WhatsApp. You choose the channel; its knowledge, task and workflow stay the same when the channel changes. Number and carrier setup is configured separately.
Do I need to write code to build an agent?
No. You build your agent with visual workflows, add your products, services and frequently asked questions, and set the conversation steps in the interface. Before going live you can hold a test conversation and review the answers. Only connections to your own systems may need technical setup.
What does the agent do when it cannot answer?
It does not leave the conversation hanging: it records the request, summarizes what was said and hands the matter to your team. The villa example works this way: the agent notes dates and preferences, gets consent and plans the WhatsApp follow-up. AI output is probabilistic, so critical decisions need human verification.
How are conversations charged?
Conversations are deducted from your shared credit balance. Voice conversations are billed by the minute and rounded up to the next full minute; text conversations are billed by tokens. The same balance also covers Voice Studio. Current plans and unit rates are in the pricing section.
